How long does it take?+
Your print is delivered digitally to your inbox within 48 hours of ordering.

Yes, unlimited revisions until you love it, at no extra cost.
What do I actually receive?+
A high resolution digital file sent to your email within 48 hours. If you add a printed copy at step 6 we post that to you as well, and the digital file is still included.
What size can I print it at?+
The file is supplied print ready at up to A2. It scales down perfectly to A3, A4 and standard frame sizes.
Can I use any club or stadium?+
Yes. Tell us the club and the stadium and we illustrate the kit colours and the ground behind your line up.
Can I add more people after I order?+
No, the line up is fixed once you check out, so please add everyone you want in the print before paying. You can still request unlimited revisions to the artwork itself afterwards.
What if I pick the wrong hairstyle code?+
Just tell us in the notes or reply to your proof email and we will swap it, no charge.
Can I get it framed?+
Yes. At step 6 you can add an A4 print for £19.99, A4 framed for £24.99, A3 for £29.99 or A3 framed for £39.99. Printed on museum grade paper and posted to your door with UK delivery at £2.99. You still get the digital file too.
Is it suitable as a last minute gift?+
Yes. The digital file lands within 48 hours by email, so there is no postal deadline. If you order a print we send you a proof to approve first, then post it.
How does the printed copy work?+
We email you a proof of the artwork first. Approve it and we print and post it. If we do not hear back we print after 4 days so nothing gets held up.
What if I'm not sure which stadium to use?+
Leave the stadium blank and we will use the home ground for the club you name, or tell us in the notes which one you'd prefer.
